Homemade cheese sauce made with local cheese and herbs, served with salad and an optional prosciutto chip

Cabbage rolls
One very large cabbage roll filled with rice, sundried tomatoes, ground beef / or lentils for vegetarians with our secret spices and tomato sauce, served with crusty bread

Roasted chicken leg dinner
Ratatouille salad made with big pieces of grilled veggies with a brown rice pilaf and a roasted chicken leg / or grilled tofu with house made bbq sauce

Fish and chips
Crispy battered halibet fillets / or battered tofu, served with coin chips and chipotle mayo

Gourmet burger
Made with 100% love and 100% local and organic beef / or grilled lentil burger. Placed on an Ace bakery ciabatta loaf, mixed greens, hemp seeds, local organic bacon and cheese with balsamic caramelized onions, served with frites and two pickles

Pad thai
Filled with asian inspired aromatics, veggies, tofu, chicken, shrimp / or just veggies and tofu, all tossed together with rice noodles and Vert's special pad thai sauce
Wednesday, January 21st
Jerk porkloin dinner
Succulent pork loin / or pan seared tofu, roasted in jerk jus and served with collard greens, boiled potatoes and a touch of slaw
Thursday, January 22nd
Lamb meatballs with spaghetti and feta
Minty lamb meatballs / or vegetarian meatballs, tossed in a tomato sauce, perfectly cooked noodles and loads of feta on top

Catfish dinner
Catfish / or tofu dusted with spices and pan seared, served with coleslaw and carrot potato mash and coffee steak sauce
