"Tides Canada Foundation used Vert for a dinner event in November, 2005; we were very impressed with Vert's ability to help us design an appropriately organic meal for 75 people. 

The food was delicious, the service staff pleasant and efficient, and every effort was made to help us ensure that our dinner was a success, from choosing the fair trade flowers, to table settings, help with wine selections and coffee and desserts. 

Vert even made sure that the left-overs and by-products were donated to an organization providing food to homeless youth.  They were a pleasure to work with, and we would certainly use them again."
