Pedro was the Head Chef and Food Consultant for the Healthy Butcher, which only sells organic products. His food philosophy is deeply rooted in the culinary traditions of Italy, France and other Mediterranean countries. Marilyn Simms Marilyn brings 8 years of project management, marketing and client relationship experience to Vert Catering, including owning an interactive agency, Redeye Interactive for 2 years. Marilyn also has 2 years experience as a Manager, Corporate Programs for an environmental organisation. |
